Both my husband and myself are extremely camera shy. So much so, that we debated not having a photographer at all.

I can truly say that we would not have photographs of our wedding without Duncan. His friendly and fun personality immediately put us both at ease during our engagement photos. At this point we knew that we had found a photographer that we trust, and who can make the experience as enjoyable as possible.

Throughout the wedding day, Duncan took a number of candid photographs as well as some staged photographs. This mixture worked well to capture the glitz and glamour of the day, along with some very raw and emotional moments.

As an added bonus, Duncan had taken some Polaroids, which were given to my husband.
After the wedding reception (through some champagne tears and wedding highs) these were a treat to look over.

We don't live local to our venue, and Duncan was really accommodating, he drove out to meet us for a pre consultation to get to know him and for him to take a look at the venue for shot ideas etc, as we aren't local all other communication was via email, and Duncan replied promptly to each on, which really took the stress out of planning/ organising a shot list, he was brilliant.

Duncan was with us all day, he got loads of great shots of the morning/ us getting ready, and he was SO FUN! always cracking jokes and making people laugh, he took the time to learn everyone's name and the vibes were just impeccable.
During the group photos, Duncan has mastered the art of herding cats, even with my guests wandering off we got all the key shots, some fun ones too!
The variety of photos we got is just brilliant, it's isn't just 1000 photos of all the same backdrop, we got some really lovely shots with nice scenery because Duncan took the time to find the locations first, we didn't waste any time wandering around because he was so organised.
Every single magic moment was captured, he didn't miss a thing!

Duncan was with us from 9am-9pm, but he even stayed a little bit longer when I told him I was going to change into my evening dress, just so I could have a few shots of that, which really was so nice of him as he didn't have to do that. In total we got 1300 photos back within a week!!! We got a few prints on the day too! All of them were edited, the best ones had different options (black and white/ colour pop etc) and they all just came out so perfect!

We've had a few photos printed from him and the quality is second to none. We will be ordering more (when I stop being so indecisive!)

I can't recommend Duncan enough. He was just brilliant. Your wedding photos will be in very safe hands, the man is a pure legend and a joy to be around, and he is amazing at what he does.

Duncan photographed our wedding on 10/02/2024 and did an amazing job, our pictures are perfect despite us being incredibly uncomfortable in front of the camera. Duncan managed to put us at ease and had all the guest laughing. He added special touches to our photos with bubbles and sparklers and the results are better than I ever thought possible.
Duncan stayed longer than expected to capture everything we wanted and we really appreciate everything he did for us.

Duncan was fantastic on the day. He was autonomous, flexible and great at managing the large groups for the group shots. He arrived early and left late, telling me not to worry about time. He brought me a selection of small print outs on the day and sent me them via email the next day. The rest of the images are due Friday which is under a week after the wedding. I couldn't thank him enough. So excited to see the images 😍

Duncan is a true professional who takes every little detail of the photos he takes for you into account, he takes his time to make sure that the photos he takes are beautiful and that everything in the photos, every little detail is not missed.
The photos he took for our wedding were so beautiful, perfect and magical. We could have not wished for more. We already know that when the day comes for us to renew our vows we would be honoured for Duncan to be our photographer.
A true gentleman, professional in every way who we got to know and now see as a true friend.

What a fantastic guy Duncan is! From the word go he kept us at ease. We had a couple of meetings including an engagement shoot at our allotment which was included in the cost as well as the portrait we choose to feature at our wedding. Duncan took so many quality shots of before the wedding and of the actual day also. The photos he took are so special to us and captured the day perfectly. He had some tricky photography skills to balance on the day including pictures of animals, children, my camera shy son with severe special needs who made a VIP visit to be with us on our special day, climbing walls for the perfect shotsand capturing some of our antics in the evening with a lovely shot of me doing the canga showing my big knickers with the girls. Thanks Duncan my girl friends love this picture, they think it's hilarious. He went out of his way for us to get the photographs of us having so much fun and great times with our friends and family. There are no words to describe how grateful we are to have had Duncan as our photographer. He helped us create the most perfect day. From the very moment I opened the door to him on the wedding morning I knew I was going to be in good hands. Duncan helped to build a calm atmosphere which added to me having the most wonderful wedding morning. Even when things got hectic with a flood from a toilet!!!
Electrician, plumber he literally does it all! Duncan was so calm and relaxed in his approach that everybody was so comfortable around him. His professionalism is unparalleled.

Duncan was absolutely hands down incredible both before and on our wedding day. Our meet and greet on video call was such a personalised and special touch, a chance to chat and meet the man who would be taking our pictures on our wedding day. We laughed so much and both me and my (now) husband knew he was going to be fantastic.
On the day of the wedding he brought up lights so my bridesmaids could do their makeup better, he never stayed still and was filled with a life of energy! We chatted, and laughed, all morning during the getting ready and managed to capture each and every moment spectacularly. I've never been the most confident on my own looks and always feel huge in pictures but somehow every picture I love, it shows the personality of everyone he photographed from the smallest of details.
As all wedding days we had some drama and in the morning a small part of my wedding dress broke and the back would not stay done up, Duncan came into the rescue and went out of his way to buy a sewing kit so the dress could be fixed, a gift I will never be able to say thank you enough for; he truly saved the day!!
The image quality of his photos are pristine and I am so incredibly grateful for his hard work.
My husband is Albanian and we had a lot of small traditions and some big traditional dances, Duncan went out of his way to stay late and take pictures of all of these for us to have the memories of.

Hiring Duncan was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
He was so friendly at our initial meeting, he instantly put me at ease, and got to know what we would like.
On the day, he was very professional and just so friendly, everyone loved him.
He overcame technical issues with his camera on one of the hottest days of the year, and over-ran his booked time to make sure he got all the shots we wanted for no extra charge. He also got some fabulous candid ones and some of our flower girls skipping, which could easily go on the cover a wedding magazine.
We had several stunning photos by the first evening and the rest in only 2 weeks!
All this for an exceptionally reasonable price too.
