We booked Edinburgh School of Food and Wine for our wedding as we wanted to have a unique menu and something different to the options provided by your usual hotels. Nyssa was absolutely brilliant and really covered all the details required to have wedding in a church hall. All our guests complimented on the food and the service, and how refreshing it was to having high quality dinner at a wedding. if you want unqiue menu options and high standard of food and service for you special day I would highly recommend Edinburgh School of Food and Wine!!!

Nyssa and her team were the best wedding caterers we could ask for. From start to finish, there was nothing they wouldn’t do to accommodate us. The food was cooked beautifully, service was impeccable and the day ran so smoothly thanks to their efficiency and organisation. Everything we had asked for was arranged and communication with Nyssa beforehand made me feel so at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend ESFW to others in the future.

The Edinburgh School of Food and Wine was initially booked for our daughters wedding over 3 years ago. It had to be cancelled twice but throughout Nyssa and her team kept in touch and worked with our daughter and partner to give them the exact menu choices and experience they wanted.
We were utterly delighted with everything you did to make their wedding such a success, and to make it 'unique', and not like the standard 'wedding food' we've had in the past!
Everyone commented on the high standard of the food, and I was particularly impressed with your level of service and customer care throughout the afternoon and evening. It must have been hard serving everyone with the narrow space between the tables but you made it look so easy.
Thanks also for sticking with them over the last 2 and a half years and the cancellations etc. It was much appreciated.
