Our chefs will set everything up under our gazebos and cook live in front of you and your guests, nothing is pre cooked before hand, ensuring the food is served directly from our commercial BBQs stright to you and your guests, fresh and hot.

We will place all the food inside our pre warmed chafing disher for people to help themselves.

We have a dedicated BBQ that is used for all our veggie/vegan food, we understand and respect everyones wishes and this ensures we have no cross contamination with meat products.
