Russell-Cotes Weddings offer an ideal blend of elegance, tradition and grandeur in a beautiful setting for you and your guests to celebrate your vows.
In 1901, Merton Russell-Cotes gave his wife Annie an extraordinary and extravagant birthday present, a lovely house on Bournemouth's cliff-top; lavish, splendid and with a grace of fantasy. They filled this unique seaside villa with beautiful objects from their travels across the world and lined the walls with a major collection of British art, making a special ambience in a most dramatic setting, combining a home, an art gallery and a museum.
This majestic Victorian house, located on the cliff top, is one of Bournemouth's best kept secrets. Enjoying magnificent views of Bournemouth bay and its own stunning private garden, it's also home to one of the world's finest collections of high-Victorian and Pre-Raphaelite art. There are over 1,000 artefacts of art and artwork on display, including the renowned Dante Gabriel Rossetti's Venus Verticordia.

What a fabulous venue. Historic and atmospheric in a great location with excellent views over the Dorset coast. Really relaxed atmosphere that was perfect for us, the gardens provided a beautiful backdrop for the photos and added additional space for our guests to explore as part of the day. All of the staff were brilliant and provided a faultless service that made our day perfect.Sent on 16/09/2016
