Wedding Planner, S.L. (hereinafter "WeddingWire.co.uk") makes the Website WeddingWire.co.uk (hereinafter the "Website") available to Internet users.
The ones who use and access the Website will be automatically considered as Users. Therefore, both physical persons who use the Website as consumers and legal persons who use it as part of their professional activities in relation to the services WeddingWire.co.uk offers to the professionals of the weddings sector.
WeddingWire.co.uk reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the content of the Legal Conditions and therefore recommends that Users thoroughly read the texts contained therein before accessing and using any services of the Website.
Moreover, WeddingWire.co.uk reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the design, presentation and/or configuration of this Website, as well as any or all of its services or features, being able to remove or add them at their judgment.
In this regard, WeddingWire.co.uk puts providers and couples in touch through the Website, placing at their disposal interaction tools, offering providers an objective public interested in the products and services they provide, and offering couples the providers of products and services related to planning and organizing a wedding.
WeddingWire.co.uk may, without prior notice, delete contents from the Website contrary to enforceable law or which would or could violate the rights of third parties, as well as contents that may be considered inappropriate or inadequate or that fail to meet the minimal desired quality standards.

For this purpose, the User guarantees the truthfulness of the data they have provided by completing forms or answering requests made by WeddingWire.co.uk, which are necessary for the subscription of the Services.
Moreover, it shall be responsibility of the User to maintain all information provided to WeddingWire.co.uk constantly up to date and adapted in each moment to the actual situation of the User. In any case, the User shall be solely responsible of any false or inaccurate statements it makes and the damages those may cause to WeddingWire.co.uk or third parties.
The User agrees to respect the applicable laws and the rights of third parties when using the contents and services of the Website. Moreover, the reproduction, distribution, transmission, adaptation or modification, by any means and in any form, of the contents of the Website, (texts, designs, graphics, information, databases, sound files and/or images, logos, etc.), and other elements of this Website, is expressly forbidden without prior authorization by its legitimate owners or when permitted by Law.

It is also prohibited to use the Community for mass contacts between users. WeddingWire.co.uk has the technical means to detect and remove, if necessary, such mass mails.
The use of this service by users is conditioned upon the completion of the registration form within the Community and the prior acceptance of the legal conditions of the website, as published by WeddingWire.co.uk, at the very moment in which the user accesses the service.
The use of the Community is also subject to all notices, use regulations and instructions made available to the User by WeddingWire.co.uk.
The use of the Community Service is limited to Users of the Website who are active members in it, using it for planning and managing a personal event, and professionals in the wedding industry who have a file on the Web Site. Notwithstanding the above, the main purpose is to facilitate the couple organizing an event, and not to serve as a platform or promotional support to professionals in the wedding industry. If the user decides not to accept the present legal conditions, and / or any future conditions and notices that may be forwarded by WeddingWire.co.uk, must refrain from accessing and / or using the Forum Service offered.

These Terms are governed in each and every one of its clauses by Spanish law.

In addition, the User agrees that when they register, their photos and user profile will be publicly visible to other users of WeddingWire.co.uk well as the various search engines.
When the User cancels their account, WeddingWire.co.uk will also erase the profile photo and the identifying information of the user on the Web Site (name, last name and email address) but the rest of the content that the User has published will remain on the Web Site.
The User expressly consents to the transfer of data to other users of WeddingWire.co.uk and entities that use the services of WeddingWire.co.uk to find users interested in them.

These particular conditions govern the access to and the use of the WedShoots Application, developed by Wedding Planner, S.L., for its Users with the purpose of allowing the creation of photo albums of wedding photographs by incorporating them in the pictures taken by the guests.
The terminology used in these particular conditions makes reference to the following concepts:
- Website: www.weddingwire.co.uk
- Application: WedShoots Application, developed by Wedding Planner, S.L.
- User: User of the Application and, therefore, the Web Site, be they bride, groom or Guest.
- Couple: User registered in the Website as a couple
- Wedding: Event in relation to the organization of which the Couple is the User of the Website.
- Guest: User of the Application, invited to the Couple's Wedding
By downloading the Application, Users, by registering on the Web Site, agree with Legal Conditions of the Website, as well as the special conditions of the Application. The Application allows Users to insert photographs taken with their mobile devices in the photo album created in the Web Site, in the site assigned to the Wedding of the Couple.
To that end, Users must download the Application on their mobile device and access the private area of the Wedding by inserting the corresponding QR code provided by the Couple.
The Application allows the photos taken by guests to be immediately inserted in the Application are intended for the Wedding of the Couple, as well as the Wedding photo album located on the Website, with a WeddingWire.co.uk watermark.
The photos will be the exclusive property of the Couple and therefore the Website shall not use them without their express consent. Moreover, all the photos removed by the Couple, shall also be removed from the Website system, making them inaccessible. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, all photos will have the WeddingWire.co.uk watermark.
By using the Application, the Guests agree that the photos taken during the Wedding are going to be published in the photo album of the Wedding located on the Website, as well as any other media that the Application allows and that may apply to the photos, as well as the contents inserted in the Website, all provided for in the Legal Conditions thereof.
Moreover, the Guests agree not to take photographs that may damage the image, privacy or honor of other guests at the Wedding, expressly exonerating, in any case, the Website from any claim by any third party relating to this aspect.
The Application is free to use, however there may be functions implemented in a new version of the Application that may require the payment of a specified price of which the Users will be notified.
Particular conditions of use of the Premium Service for Couples

The duration of the Premium Service is for one year, without being permitted to cancel in advance during that period.
In cases where the custom domain is included in the Premium Design Plus Pack, the term of one year of service will start at the moment of confirmation of payment, at which time the possibility of choosing the domain will be activated.
At any time during the annual period of the Premium Service, an upgrade can be made to a higher pack, in which case the annual term will start from the time the upgrade was made.
Prior to the expiry of the Premium Service, WeddingWire.co.uk will communicate to the User the possibility of renewing the Service and how to do so.
The payment of the services can be made only by credit card through the Adyen payment gateway.
The Premium Services will be activated at the time of confirmation of payment.

3. Right of withdrawal:
The User will have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from this contract as from the activation of the Premium Service. The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending an email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Exercise of the right of withdrawal" together with the reference number of the Premium Services contract.
The body of this email must include the name and identification details of the contract subscriber.
The refund of the amount paid will be made exclusively through the same medium with which the payment was made.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users are informed that the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to the Premium Design Plus Package, since it contains personalised services, which are expressly excluded from the exercise of this right in accordance with the applicable regulations in force.

The WeddingWire.co.uk Online Chat Service does not offer, under any circumstances, any services related to event planning, but only help in the use of the search tools of the Web Site.

- Service: Support service in the use of the features of the Web Site with the objective of contracting vendors for necessary wedding services, by way of Support, managed by Wedding Planner, S.L.U.

- Engaged Couples: Registered Users of the Web Site who are in the process of planning a Wedding
- Wedding: Event being planned by the Engaged Couples who are Users of the Web Site
- Support: Employee of WeddingWire.co.uk and reference point for the Users.
Through the use of the Service, the Users accept the Legal Conditions of the Web Site, as well as these particular conditions, aforementioned. The Service offers Users assistance via chat and/or phone communication from Support with the objective of guiding them and accompanying them in an optimized use of the Web Site in accordance with goal detailed above in the definition of “Service” above.
For this purpose, WeddingWire.co.uk Support contacts users via chat and/or the phone number provided by the Users through any method used on the Web Site, with the purpose of providing assistance in the use and, particularly, in sending inquiries to those professionals in which the Engaged Couples could be interested, according to the information gathered by WeddingWire.co.uk Support. By providing a phone number to WeddingWire.co.uk, the User is consenting to WeddingWire.co.uk using that phone number to contact the User and, to that the User is interested in contacting professionals, the User also consents to WeddingWire.co.uk providing that phone number to the professionals.
