About Soughton Hall
Couples looking for a charming, old-fashioned country wedding need to look no further than Soughton Hall. Winner of the Wales Tourism Hotel of the Year in 2000, Soughton Hall offers beautiful gardens and terraces. Offering only one wedding a day, you and your guests will have the run of the grounds and receive the full attention of the venue’s staff.
Facilities and capacity
The venue offers much more than just a beautiful garden; there are banquet halls, and marquees, as wells as parking for guests. Soughton Hall believes that weddings should be as intimate or as grand as the couple likes. Because of that, there is no minimum for having a wedding at Soughton Hall; however, 50 to 100 guests is a common amount.
Soughton Hall believes in having all your wedding details covered. The venue’s staff offers music, décor, lawn games, catering, and drinks, as well as the ability to host civil ceremonies. Décor provided includes lighting, centrepieces, table and chair dressing, and personalised menus.
Soughton Hall’s award-winning chef offers a menu of suggestions focusing on seasonal and regional choices. The menu is customizable to become suitable for all your guests’ dietary needs. House champagne, beer, and wine is provided for your toast and reception, and homemade fudge and coffee is offered as well. Soughton Hall also offers a three-course breakfast for your wedding.
